Pyrosil is a treatment process that enables a substrate material to be coated with amorphous silicon dioxide. The PYROSIL process is a form of silicatization that uses a gas flame to metered a silicon-containing substance onto the surface. The PYROSIL will burn and settle in a very thin layer (5-100 nm) that is dense and firmly adhered to the surface. The low exposure time of the flame results in a moderate increase in surface temperature.
Structured, highly-augmented surfaces with improved chemical bonding capabilities can be realized effectively and cost-efficiently with the PYROSIL® process.

Solvent-free, neutral one-component adhesive based on silicone (oxymfrei). Intended for stress-compensating mirror bonding on wood, concrete, stone, glass, metal, etc. Porous surfaces must be pretreated with a primer. Not suitable for non-positive connections. Xtragrip® is easy to process, permanently elastic and does not attack the mirror coating.
Technical characteristics:
Base: polysiloxane (oxymfrei).
Consistency: stable paste
Hardening system: polymerization by humidity

Thermal stability: -50 ° C to + 120 ° C
The UV-Glue Verifix B 682-T-20g is a versatile adhesive that can be cured either by UV light or with activator. It has a medium viscosity and is transparent, making it especially suited for bonding glass or metal. The UV-Glue Verifix B 682-T is also resistant to extreme temperatures and chemicals, making it an ideal choice for a variety of applications.
The UV-Glue Verifix LV 740 is a low viscosity adhesive that is perfect for bonding glass to glass or tempered glass to tempered glass. It has a high bonding strength and is elastic, making it ideal for construction projects where looks are important. The adhesive is also resistant to moisture, making it perfect for use in humid environments.
The Verifix® MV 760 UV-Glue is perfect for bonding heavy glass or metal parts. The spacers included with the adhesive make sure that there is always enough adhesive between the parts being bonded, ensuring a strong and lasting bond. The spacers don’t affect the performance of the adhesive in any way, so you can be sure that you’re getting the best possible bond.
